best budget TV? need to order asap

Getting my friend a replacement tv it got to be 32inch at least and it doesnt have to have ton of features and internet she just use it to watch cable. Im thinking about the Vizio? i want to be reliable and last a good while

edit: anyone know about this brand SCEPTRE X322BV-MQC 32" LED Class 720P HDTV with ultra slim metal brush bezel, 60Hz - Walmart.com

Vizio is straight. A lot of people will talk it down and say its whack. I have a 60" Samsung and a 60" vizio. I've played on both and like then both. The Samsung is better, but the vizio is DOPE too IMO. Also, maybe it's my luck, but I've had several Samsung tvs and all of them within 3 years have developed problems. The vizios I have work the same over 5 years later.

I went to Walmart and got a vizio for about 200 it was a 32". There were some cheaper ones that were no name brand but I doubt those would be as reliable.

4k is incredible but I'm gonna wait for the price to drop and more importantly for more content to be available. These games are struggling to hit 1080p 60fps as it is already.
