Professionals is a tricky word. A finance black guy and a tech black guy are most likely going to get more opportunities in different cities.

I wanna know what figures is this article using that got them saying DC's Black population is 28%. I know gentrification has done a number on Black DC natives but it's nowhere their numbers are THAT low. At best, DC's Black population is at least 40% as of last year. Maybe that 28% figure is talking about the overall DMV (DC area) Black population instead of strictly DC itself. If that's the case, then that number makes a lot more sense.
