O’s grill spot in crown heights (st johns place) is 10/10 but they open when they want to and some days they don’t got no oxtail or they taking a 3 hour break talm bout come back later on today when u hungry NOW(u know how black folk do)

I ended up going to Ali's Trinidad Roti Shop in Bed Stuy and Hot Put Under De Tree in Harlem


Ali's was 5/5 that sorrel was glorious and that was the best roti I've ever had in life hands down. The doubles were great too

Hot Pot was cool, not the best Jamaican food I've had but it was good. I walked by a bunch of the ones mentioned in this thread (Sugarcane, The Edge, etc) but I wish I woulda hit more of the spots in BK. Next time I'm gon hit Church Ave

On a side note I never realized how far out Jamaica Queens is from the city nikkas really be commuting from there to the city every day?!

Next time you're in BK go to exquisite and get the jerk chicken and put the mango pineapple sauce on it with whatever else you like to put on your chicken

Sometimes they don't have it though and people be pissed cause its so good.
