Secret Wars isn't complete yet.

Didn't include Fear Itself, Battle of the Atom, Age of Ultron, or Original Sin because they were all undeniably :trash:

I think I'm still partial to Annihilation.

Civil War. It's the event that got me back to reading comics again.
Basically got me interested in what was going on in the comics. Lol at people saying Marvel would never adapt their best selling event into a movie. :mjlol:

Other events I liked World War Hulk, Messiah Complex, Annihilation, Infinity, Thanos Imperative and House of M. Other events that were dope that you missed OP were Dark Angel Saga and Spider-Island. TBH Dark Angel is easily my favorite.

I don't care how Secret Wars ends because I am pretty certain it won't make it better than Annihilation (or Annihilation:Conquest, War of Kings or Thanos Imperative). The cosmic stuff is head and shoulders above all of the other Marvel events.
Agreed. Second Coming was better than any mainstream Marvel event to me as well.

its between civil war and world war hulk for me. I might have to go with WWH just because of how my dude straight up wrecked shyt, proving how fukking dope he is and unfukkwittable....nvr finished annihilation or war of kings or thanos imperative (got closest to finishing this one) cuz it got boring to me :manny:...idk for some reason the cosmic stories dont do anything for me. They're dope in live action form but reading and looking at the atmosphere in a comic just does nothing for me.

EDIT: guess its between civil war and annihilation :skip:

Annihilation by leaps and fukking bounds.

Annihilation was Marvel doing a big budget space movie trilogy. Came from out of nowhere and took a bunch of characters nobody gave a shyt about, put them up against a threat that nobody gave a shyt about and smacked the piss out of the comics industry so hard that DC brought back Superboy Prime and the Ainti-Monitor and gave them Sinestro rings just to get some attention.

No offense to anybody else's preferences, but every "EVENT" outside of it has been nothing but "Hero vs Hero" or a glorified "What If".

Or hell, a story that could've been told in four issues of a regular series.

Necrosha was better than almost that whole list.

The Bendis Era has been complete and utter bullshyt. I wouldn't even wipe my ass with that shyt if I was out of toilet paper.

No way I'd let that gay shyt near my ass.

The Dark Angel Saga was incredible but it wasn't really an event. It was self-contained in Uncanny X-Force.

I remember them saying they had no idea how to end it.

Then Joss Whedon walked in their meeting and said
"Hey, let's kill Cap"
and they just went with it.
Cap didn't die til it was over.

What was dumb is that these opposition literally became fugitive guerillas in hiding going against the government with violence, but when it finally went down, Cap's side was winning, then he saw some buildings being destroyed and some people running for their lives and was like, "Ok, I decided to give up."

Then everyone on his side gave up as well.

The dumbest thing about it was Namor and Atlanteans giving up the fight just because Cap surrendered after their entry turned the tide of the fight. Namor doesn't give a fukk what anybody thinks when it comes to war. He reps Atlantis and is the sovereign leader of the world's oceans. He wouldn't tell his forces to stop fighting just because Cap had a change of heart.

Great story with a stupid ending.
