Breh, I went on imdb and checked most the films from that year and that was a weak ass year...maybe 5 movies that are memorable at all to be honest...I'm glad I was born that year so I couldn't watch anything lol

Still though breh the quality is strong now that I look at it: Out of Africa, Color Purple, Brazil, Commando, Weird Science, Re-Animator, Pee Wee's big adventure, Silverado, Demons, Return of the living dead and Pale Rider..:whoo: I may have to rescind my comment

Brazil, Re-Animator, Demons, Pale Rider, and Return of the Living Dead, Back to the Future, Goonies, and Clue...very good movies...but in relation to other years, this is a lackluster group of films

the other films you listed are mediocre or not good at all (or overrated like Color Purple)

Weird Science is good far from mediocre
And there's no way any action fan can have an issue with Commando

And you got a problem with Pee Wee now breh?? C'mon now. Big Top Pee Wee is bad, I'll give you that but the first one is awesome

I didn't see Commando in your post, I must have overlooked it, but yes its good too...as for Color Purple, overrated and quite frankly, very stereotypical. I do not like that movie one bit. It almost turned me off of Spielberg until Schindler's list
