why is lebron so underrated as a 1 on 1 player? it basically takes an entire team to stop him.

with out trapping and help defense you really have little to no chance to stop him, especially if he drives.

Good question truth....

Although this is a more complex question than we think it is....A bigger stronger player could back down a player into an advantageous position close to the rim and score effectively there.....a player with a tremendous handle could have a slower player in a muddle by constantly blowing past them....a great outside shooter could contantly just pull up non stop....

One on one prowess is also a lot of times determined by the matchup.......
