Best Operation System of All Time

So I'm watching a video on how Windows Vista sucked, and I was wondering what is the best operation system of all time in yall opinion.

Here's mine:

I remember seeing this OS for the first time when I copped my first laptop from Rent a Center. It was a mixture of business and pleasure that you barely see in Windows as time went by.

i left pc when it was on xp. went mac but bought a pc for random audio work. the os was a mess and confusing. mac os is so streamlined and simple

7 or XP. I guess I'll say 7. After the service packs, it was great.

7 was the best Windows to me. I switched to OSX in 2015 though and never went back.

Windows 7, the fact that you didn't need to go out look for sound driver for PC was game changing after doing a is reset.
