Vivarin is just caffeine pills, which help you stay alert longer, and Focus factor is like a multivitamin that's geared toward helping concentration and memory. Hope that helped

I've never taken Adderall, but that shyt is just speed anyway, My girl swears by it, though, and now she takes Vivarin. Says it's almost the same feeling


Focus Factor (or one of the knockoffs) is gonna be more subtle. Hell you might even get the same effect by getting more exercise/sleep and taking a multivitamin.

breh, if you are in college, you should be able to handle those energy drinks and still get a good effect out of it.

i recommend against it though, i felt like my sleep schedule was fukked up and got too dependent on caffeine and shyt
