Poole is kinda bordering the East Side and the Southeast, people switch off referring to it as both depending on who talking and what they talking bout...

I personally consider Poole more Eastside than Southeast, the real Southeast is like Garner Rd, Tryon, Cross Link, Creech Rd, etc. shyt Garner itself is more Southeast than Poole (Southeast library is in Garner; Southeast Y and Southeast High are on Rock Quarry; etc). The heart of Southeast is Rock Quarry and Poole not far but I think it's more Eastside. Noggas love the "stigma" of Southeast though, and honestly Southeast not that bad. The Eastside is actually rougher...

If I stay here I'm moving back to The South because it's definitely blacker on that side!

Yea, my cousins went to Southeast. I know all about Garner rd, Cross Link, etc. we used to go to summer camp on the southeast, and my uncle would choose random apartments with swimming pools, and we’d go there, order a pizza, and swim.

I got a great deal of history in Raleigh mainly the Southeast, even though my home is in Winston.

Southeast Raleigh is real black history and really dope. Only reason I put North Raleigh first is the most amenities are over here, and the Northeast has more of an urban characteristic, is more diverse, and is still like 28% black. Hard to lose if you live Northeast, they got it all but that straight up blackness you can't replicate from the Southeast. I love Southeast R!
