i'd first research the style/look that you want over at carid.com; they carry almost every custom wheel manufacturer and design out there. don't purchase from that site though, because they have a poor reputation online.
once you find the exact set of rims that you like, call a local wheel vendor and order that set from them. they end up ordering the set direct from the manufacturer, and will likely give you a better price or price match whatever you found online.

Drive down to Miami and go to the hood and ask the brehs you see pushing clean whips. They'll hook you up. South Florida got the cheapest car shyt by far.
