I have a LENOVO E560. Now I have a dark bottom right-hand corner. When I get home, I think Im gonna try to take apart the screen and see if that 30-pin shyt is not connected like it should be.

I doubt it's that. It's either a faulty inverter (looks like a long rectangle type chip), faulty backlight (either attached to the bottom or inside the screen) or there's actual pressure damage to the LCD screen.

i took it apart and put it back together. The connection is fine. I just gotta buy a new screen off the internet
