Don’t want anything music related (drink champs, Joe Budden, etc) or gossip like etc

High Quality stuff where I can learn something and possibly apply it. Like EARN YOUR LEISURE (everyone should check that out)

I seen Malcolm Gladwell and Jordan Belfort got a podcast, any good?

Behind the b*stards is pretty dope. Usually covers notorious figures in history (dictators, con artists, etc.) but lately they did mini-series on police unions after the summer protests and now fascist insurrections since January 6th

A lot of episodes to go back to. Just scroll through the epsiode list and see what catches your eye. The one on Roy Cohn is both :mjlol::picard: at the same time

It's a good Podcast for introductory history.
I've discovered a lot of books and documentaries through them.
Even though they paint everything through a white liberal vs right wing lense.

Moderate Rebels. (some of the best geopolitical journalism on the planet)

Podcasting peaked around 2014.
It's very hard and rare to find something special in today's world, I got more suggestions but that's more my personal taste.

Instead of listening to Podcast, rather watch great thinkers giving out lectures or guest appearances on shows and then follow those people from there.

A great thinker in gender wars and cultural critique is Dr Camille Paglia, she has no podcast but has appeared in a lot of things and has great insightful theories.

The smartest black man I've ever come across is Dr Amos N Wilson, he died in the mid 90s and has some great long lectures on the African Thinking Channel.

Based on your criteria:

StarTalk with Neil Degrasse Tyson: pretty good, he talks with such enthusiasm and makes complex topics easily digestible. Comedian Chuck Nice is his co-host
Revisionist History with Malcolm Gladwell: is really good. I'm guessing this is the one you referred to.
Stuff You Should Know: there is an endless number of episodes so there are plenty of topics that will interest anybody. Recently: The origins of the NAACP, how Groundhog Day works and for my foodies What does a tire company know about food (the origins of the Michelin Star - basically the highest honor in the restaurant industry).

You'd need to be above average IQ for the second book? He seems pretty damn smart already.
