Why did they arrest that dude at 1 hour 9 mins?
from the comments he was trying to get outta there, and get his family out the car and bounce, the cops took him down and beat him worse than the dude causing the chaos

He was burning out the pavement for dumb long. Then he gets out, runs for mad long, then into a house, beefs with an entire family on the way out and immediately jacks their car.
that entire family should have beat the brakes off homie for that shyt. dogs was already jumping on dude.
