Californ-i-a by way of BK
this is a year when you start thinking about the criteria for this topic. Cause Shook Ones might be the true hip hop sense but NOTHING was touching One More Chance. I was just getting back to the states after a 6 month Navy dispatch and that Song was EVERYWHERE! Nothing was bigger than that :wow:
Put everything together and then figure out what you care most about.

Personally I judge off, and rank based off this order
1) Quality
2) Historical Impact
3) Popularity at the time (Not mainstream popularity, just what people of the culture fukked with)
4) Longevity
