Best rapper with the worst discography ever?

I think Ima go with Crooked I

Talent wise Crooked I is one of the best Mcs to ever rap. But material wise he's one of the worst. He doesn't have 1 single classic song in his entire discography and he's been rapping for 20 years. It's not that his material is even wack it's just so completely forgettable.

I would throw Last Emperor in the mix because he's an elite level rapper but not enough songs and albums. He shouldn't be the worst anything really cause he's so dope but his discography isn't as strong as it could be due to lack of material.

As i said the first 3 albums were fire but his last 5 albums have been wack. Dude fell off and has been garbage for over a decade so I can understand if people nominate him for the title despite the fact that his early stuff was so great
