Best spirits for sipping and chilling?

I've been fukkin with this Johnnie Walker Double Black Label..

I like scotch a lot in general, there is a few 15 and 18 year old single malts that are really nice.

Blue Label is great but a bit out of my price range at 200$ a bottle.

Which premium spirits do you enjoy?
