In 2009, Spitta released:

This Aint No Mixtape

How Fly with Wiz Khalifa

And lesser known Jet Files and Kicks, Videos Games…

This was after a year of releasing a mixtape every month(the Month after Month era), mostly rapping on other people’s beats. 2008 was the start.

2010, Spitta released three important projects in his career, the Smokee Robinson mixtape(very underrated) and the very popular Pilot Talk 1 and 2. After this, Spitta would never release less than 4 projects a year (as of May 2023)

I’m going to shoutout my favorite Spitta project from 2011-2022 and try my best to pick one song from each project that I fukk with.

Jet la lalala la la

One of the best underground artists of all time, I’m kinda glad they didn’t try to push him cause would we have gotten some of the mixtapes he released over the years

Yeah as a fan, he puts out quality music to not be mainstream. He’s consistent too.

They did around early 10s with Stoned Immaculate. That's why it sounds different to Pilot Talk 2 right before and everything else after, he was chasing at that time. Didn't work so he went back to what did.

I was a huge Curren$y fan back then and still a fan. He's regressed quite a bit skill wise and it's not like he was Lupe before. He's gotten lazier even though he says he hasn't and before he spent more time rapping about weed and cars than buying bytches like now. Got kind of a middle aged trick vibe to him now. But on the flip side he's more comfortable these days so good for him

I don’t think he‘s regressed but he does seem more comfortable just making chill tunes. His style is definitely more catchy nowadays
