Honestly, you'd be better off just welcoming XO in your everyday life by listening to his entire discography. Listening to his material in a manner that's segmented by individual songs is doing a disservice to yourself. Weeknd is truly in rarefied air when it comes to amassing both quality to go along with his quantity.

Was it just me or did you hate how the remastered songs sounded on Trilogy? I hated the Wicked Games on that shyt. The mixtape versions have that gritty feel to it.

Nah, not all the songs sounded better on the OG mixtapes. For example, I never knew how funneled the OG version of "Lonely Star" was until I heard it remastered - I could actually make out what the girl was saying at the end when it was re-released. Same with the song "XO" where I didn't even realize he was saying "XOOOOOOOOOOO" on the hook until I heard it remastered. Some songs I prefer from the OG tapes, and some I like on The Trilogy, which is why I have them all on my ipod.

This song was my introduction to him. I remember hearing "I got a girl who likes girls......... & she'll make you like girls" & thinking to myself that this nikka is on some other shyt. I better go check out his album (HOB)

His last album Kissland was pretty good, so if you can get that, listen to it.
