Definitely looks incredible but don't you need like a $8,000 PC or something like that to even run it and even then the frame rate drops drastically to the point that it isn't even worth playing with those settings?

are you a fukkin idiot? Hes playing at 4k resolution. Its a mod, has nothing to do with resolutions based on a set up. Thats how he chose to play it. You can get those graphics on 1080p without frame drops and $1000 computer. Even though the video posted here was 4k and 60 fps

Dude is also apparently completely oblivious to how vast the field of computer science is. Dude was tagging me in PC threads demanding to know what the best graphics card was.
What does a network security degree have to do with knowing what the best graphics card is? By his logic he better know how to create webpages in php, WordPress, know html, and have several IT certs with all the pc knowledge he has.
