Any of yall eva had to work with the type of a$$hole that is constantly in ur face with little snide remarks, and where it seems like everything they say has a hidden agenda to it, or a nasty unpleasant undertone?

How do you deal with those type of annoying co-workers?

Seriously though, sarcasm is just some immature bullshyt to mask their misery.
You should pity that person, not stress over them.
I hear you... BTW a small hint of sarcasm or whatnot here n there is OK in my book, but the types where every little thing that comes out of their filthy sewers is hate-filled words 'disguised' as sarcasm/irony, I feel that is a very cowardly way of interacting with the world. If you dislike somebody at least have the balls to come right out and say it.

But yeah, I hear what you're saying that a person like this renders pity or contempt from others

Either confront them privately in a professional manner or just ignore them and they will feel stupid. If you can ignore him that will really piss him off but thats hard to do.
did that today, and said co-worker responded by getting pissed
but yeah, ignoring them might be better, I just had to call her on her B.S.

Yea if you can call them out and kind of son them and make them low key look dumb thats best bet. Especially if you can do that in front of other co workers. Gimme an example of type of shyt they pull.

This bish came into my office the other day to talk to some of my co-workers about some business related stuff, after 20 mins she leaves, and right before she walks out of the room, she looks at me, and makes a weird face towards me, like a real grimace where she scrunges up her face and shows her teeth, demonic shyt.

So today I asked her what that was about, and she said that she felt I had been looking at her as if I wanted to say something to her, and that she felt that I had made a grimace towards her first, which I don't recall doing.

I do however recall looking at her in my office thinking, she looks like she is a freak in the sheets :shaq: ... a demonic freak, mind you.

Then she said that I come into work late, but the thing is I show up within the allowed parameters. If I come in late, I leave late as well.

Nothing major, I just can't bite my tongue with these kinds of people

One thing I can't stand, especially from other men is passive aggressiveness through the underhanded, snide or sarcastic remarks. These are the types that will say something stupid, you call them out on it and will try to ostracize/criticize you for being offended. If you have a problem with me, simply address it to my face and we handle things amicably, otherwise avoid me.

As for women, outside of addressing blatant disrespect or malice, I avoid them for obvious reasons :mjpls:
