4 year run??? :what:

The quote was about Triple H having more good to great matches than Savage, which is laughable when you factor Mach's career in territories+WWF+wCw.

ok 5 years (87-92) And HHH does have more better matches then Savage. You could argue HHH had more time in the top of the card and that is correct. But it is what it is. HHH has the better overall career. Savage didn't do anything of note after Summer Slam 92 until the end in 99. No ones gives a fukk about Memphis, Georgia, mid south, and other territories he was in. I know the popular sentinment is to ride Savage's nuts since he is dead like other deceased stars in media, but I just have to be honest

Savage was 47-48 by the time he left WCW. He had a full career

Yeah he was old but

Flair was pushin 50 when he wreslted HBGoat and still held his own and put on a hell of a match, would Sav not be able to do that if he got a opportunity?

So the great matches Savage had outside of the WWF don't count when discussing who had more good to great matches in their careers? Holy shyt breh :dead:

Where in my post did I say that? :dahell:

Then I don't know what you are arguing about breh. I said it was dumb and ignorant to think that HHH had more "good to great" matches than Savage in his career. Then you jumped in and talked about Savage having a 4 year run :what: Then I talked about factoring Savage's work in different places and you said this

I thought that was about the matches as that is what I've been talking about this whole time.

And you know what, I shouldn't have said it was dumb and ignorant to think La Nariz had more good matches because at the end of the day it's all a matter of taste when it comes to that subject. But if someone watches Savage's work in the territories, WWF and WCW and comes to the conclusion that Triple H was involved in more quality matches, then my opinion is that person has one very shytty taste for wrestling :manny:

And like I said, what did Savage do that was so significant in the territories? Not much and you would be a typical lying revisionist smark to mention all these classic memphis Savage matches. His run of solid 4-5 star matches was 87-92. After that it was downhill. HHH is 14 years strong of good solid matches.

What year was HHH last 4 star or up match that was not non DQ?

His 3 year Memphis run doesn't have a lot of classics (if any, really), it just has a ton of entertaining shyt. And I sure as hell prefer watching that than a big part of the work from post-quad injury Triple H
