Chicago will always be NY's little brother... They are the only two "true big cities" in the country and when I say that I mean, large cities with sprawling skyscrapers, etc... But New York has everything Chitown has on a larger scale, which is why I would vote for NY... Also NY is better because you can leave the city and still have something to do... If you leave Chicago, you might as well leave the state of IL...
