Better era for R&B music: 90s or 2000s

I think they are very close.
Hip-Hop would be the 90's since the late 00's became kinda trashy IMO.

R&B is a draw for me.
I think R&B was best in the 70's.

The 2000s is a decade (2000-2009).

Even if you're just talking about the early '00s (2000-2002/3), '90s R&B is still way better.

r.kelly was better in the '90s.

I'm a jagged edge fan but they prolly wouldn't be top-tier in the early/mid-90s.

nee-yo & bobby v were in '90s groups for a reason. they would've never blew up solo back then.

the dream would be that producer/writer member of the group that NEVER sang.

usher is usher in both decades, if youre into that type chit.​
