nikkas in TSC can't stand Adam Copeland for whatever reason but I’d have to go with Edge. Although Jericho’s 2008 run was the best run of his career and was amazing, Rated R Superstar era, he was vile as fukk and legit made you hate him lol. Not on some cool heel, ”I'm gonna cheer you ironically” type shyt either. His heat was immaculate.

I fux with Edge's work, but between the two of them Jericho for me.
Man has found so many creative ways to play a piece of shyt over the course of 20-plus years.
His WCW cruiserweight heel run, The Nick Bockwinkel homage, The silent trolling return, fukking up Hickenbottom's eye, The List, Crazy NJPW Alpha Jericho. I can't think of anyone has reinvented themselves as many times as he has.

I want to say Jericho is a better heel because he was able to garner hatred through multiple different avenues of heel fukkery, no matter where he has gone.
