Butler but Shumpert is from here tho . His ability to drive and draw fouls as well as shoot 3s both play similar roles but Butler will be a key component in a championship season for the Bulls.

Butler is good but Shump is better now and in the future.

I like Butler but he is in a pretty nice situation with the Thibodeau system and what they ask of him offensively.

Shump and Chandler are the only defenders on that Knick squad and he is one of the better perimeter defenders in the league. I think he could swing games for a minute or two at a time while Butler would still depend on playmakers a bit more. He's not getting many if any plays ran for him so offensively, I'm still unsure on the player he is.

Look like Butler to me. Easily. Not even a fan of Shumpert. Butler has a better overall game. Nigguh showcased midrange game last year and he a better slasher. Butler is a better complimentary player and better two way player.

As for thread I'd say butler. Not much difference between the two defensively but I like his offensive game more much more complementary skills
