Hall Of Pain was great but it wasn't a complete rework of the character as much as it was the next natural step for Mark Henry.
King Book did a lot of things different from Booker T but he made it all into gold. If you look at other King of the Rings around the 00’s they’re mostly shyt except the Bookman

“Run” is a weird notion for King Booker because it became a total gimmick rework. He was the same dude but it was like a step below Cody to Stardust. He even took it to a different company

Hall of Pain simply because there was no comedy...he just beat yo ass. Orton put him over like a fukkin monster during their fued. Mizark for sure.

Mizark earned his stripes but I always gave Orton for putting him over so convincingly...he was incredibly selfless there...it was the way you make a guy
Honestly if say, they wanted to push DOLPH ZIGGLER as a main eventer, and you gave him a new finish her submission, and they had REIGNS or Rollins do that... we'd look at them differently forever....
