I wouldn't give HBCUs a dime without a clear plan of how the money is being spent. The funding they've received under the last three presidential administrations has been very high yet every winter we hear about heating issues in dorms or some other infrastructure issue that should be solved. These donations can't just turn into payments to bougie/boule college administration figures.
