With that being said, if you used that bread to start your business, then government has full authority to take that shyt from you. What was fukked up about the whole situation is that they were denying loans and grants for legit small businesses with real paperwork, but approving them for fake ones who didn’t.

We knew what it was from day one so I don't feel bad for anybody who willingly committed fraud and gets brought up on charges. Unfortunately there will be collateral damage so I would distance myself from anyone who knowingly did this

Unfortunately, the big companies have the money and resources to rig up the paperwork where the small individuals don’t which will make it easier to get caught.

Not if his paperwork is legit. People forget that these celebrities and corporations have legit people in these type of positions for situations like this that the average person doesn’t.
Brady already had a company and employees so him getting a PPP loan is legal. It’s not about how much money you possess personally. It’s about you not firing your employees due to the pandemic. That’s not fraud. Fraud are the people who didn’t have a business claimed that they did, claimed that they had employees, falsified records of said employees, and requested funds from the government for a fictitious business.
