Yeah, it's a lot less frustrating if you just look at it like Andre retired as a rapper after Stankonia. Sure, he'll drop a verse every now and then, but he's into other shyt.

I would love to see an Andre solo or another OutKast album, but both are straight Detox status.

It's crazy that Outkast literally hasn't dropped a rap album for what 13 years soon :sadbron:

[room erupts in laughter]. No for real. He said he had some contractual obligations.

:beli: why don't you put the rest of the quote in there instead of making it look like Big was shyttin on Dre?

Why don't I put the rest of the quote in there? THE WHOLE fukkING INTERVIEW IS IN THE FIRST POST. fukk you think this is, some attempt to spread malicious lies? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Whether he claims there's no beef, or he's being sarcastic is irrelevant in context. It's absolutely telling that he goes out of his way to clarify that there's no label politics preventing a feature this time around, yet Dre is not on the album. He also goes out of his way to speak about his passion for music, his turning down acting roles, and how the music always takes precedence for him. The very obvious unspoken part being that he's providing a clear contrast between him and Dre. Unless you think he doesn't choose his words with thought behind him.

you know as well as i do that 90% of people on here aren't gonna read the whole interview so they see the title and assume the worst

fukk Dre.

What's up with these bohemian rap/r&b artists that become lazy/lose their mind. Look at D'Angelo, Jay Elec, Lauryn Hill and Dre.

They've got all this talent but it's like they go out of their way to not exploit it.

Watch the video, there is no beef. Media is spinning it to be more than it is.

I read it as a joke so i don't see how media could even spin it:dahell:,but people will fall for anything....lowkey i wish he was serious, but that would only make Andre look better for bein shady,so im glad Big Boi at least comes out lookin good
