i just made this shyt too brehbreh wtf how did Krit get the perfect record to sample? Within 2 seconds of the first record playing I knew it was piff. Most of the rhythm roulettes get trash or difficult records to sample. Not only was it an incredible sample, it fit KRITs sound perfectly
No reason why he shouldn't be in anybody's current, emerged in post year 2000, top 5.
Extremely talented fella and a lyricist of the same caliber of your greatest.
And i believe he could have done that first disco record. It had potential if he slowed it down. The melody is one i recognize from an old house record. You could tell he was feeling it... but the peeps around him made him type reserved about it.
Oh well.
