Everyone around the way knew that. Even when L was taking the crew up to Stretch and Bobbito, whole NYC knew he was the leader of COC. Mase had an issue with playing the background, only to do the same thing with Puff a year later. L was always trying to put people on and help them. That's why he held so much respect on the block. It's got to be something there. Because Cam and Mase has sold millions while achieving international fame. L hasn't done that so it's hard to say that they are bitter over him. If it's true then I have no problem with it. The fact that L's killer and Cam were all cool at one point says a lot and I actually believe Cam and Mase's version of the events because they aren't the first to say it. Big L's man is supposed to defend his honor even if he knows he's wrong.
