Let's be honest with ourselves, Pac and Big weren't the greatest lyricists, I can quote some very cheesy and simple rhymes from both, they were great story tellers with a unique sound. They were an era of sound. That alone makes them on any list. Pun knocks out everyone when it came to lyrics...Eminem followed afterwards (obviously). Kane , Jay, and KRS were entire eras, easy.
