I suppose this is excellent marketing: various shots and angles of a scantily-clad former disney star. at first I thought she was featured in the song, but no, its just the video's thats all about her. big sean doesn't even make an appearance in his own song! this has to be a cunning label move, trying to bring over miley's fanbase to a rapper they've never heard of, a chance to see a grown-up sexed up miley and all the traffic that will bring. +1 for 'controversy'

119 million views in a month is not an insignificant amount of people. thats a lot of eyes checking for her. the average mainstream rap dude aint seeing those kinds of numbers. a lot of miley's old hannah montanna fanbase are probably like 16-19 years old now and have grown up with her so you're probably right, it wouldn't be surprising if they've heard of big sean before and this is not a big deal. I just wasn't aware miley was hoe'in it up like this before I saw this big sean video

Honestly, the song is neither trash or great, its ok. The production sounds a little too much for Sean imo.

Either way, this has to be one of the corniest desperate moves of the year. If Miley didn't make a video for that damn song, she would NOT have been in this video.
