Shane was more destructive and did worse things. But his actor was MUUUUCH better and managed to bring out some sympathy.

Herc was a big dumb a$$hole who managed to keep pissing me off.

GODDAMN I hated him. His dirt wasn't as big as Shane's but it might have been worse than Herc's. He wasn't just a meathead, he was a petty a$$hole who went out of his way to make life that much worse .

Not to shyt on you but this is a terrible comparison. Herk actually attempted to do police work he just fumbled so many times. His character was actually a playoff of Prez if you paid attention. Prez did dumb shyt and really didnt care about being police but because he had his father in law he stayed getting away with it and they covered it up but Herk didn't have that backing actually wanted to be a police and tried doing his job but he just kept fukking up.

Shane just ain't give a fukk and was a racist piece of shyt. Both shows are top 10 though
