Ain't no best. 
But Biggie really is the best rapper of all time. It took me years to realize it, but the shyt he did is mindblowing at times-- the storytelling, detail, humor, the perfect delivery, the voice.
Nas is a great writer and my personal favorite, but he's not always perfect. Sometimes he phrases shyt awkwardly just to get his point out. Sometimes his thoughts aren't fully formed and he puts them out. But Biggie was just effortless and always sharp.
Maybe things wouldve have changed if he had lived longer, but I'm picking Biggie based on what we have
