A political chess move and you real c00ns are falling for it. 
Young Blacks got to realize, Bill laws did massive damage to young Blacks that was generations deep now. For older Blacks, Bill was great short term. His foreign policy and cheap goods made a lot of Blacks middle class which had long term ramifications as well while our parents felt during the Bush administration during the recession.
I've said it once, older Blacks have better memories of Bill more so than Obama just due to their financial status then compared to now.
It anyways comes back to "What about black on black crime?"
