Granted he is not a doctor, so I'm sure there is a lot about medicine he doesn't know. His views however are just the views of a liberal. I don't think these things make him dumb.

If you make your own individual decision to not vaccinate your children you put other people's children because you weaken the herd immunity. When the herd immunity weakens, infants that are too young to take the vaccines are put at risk for something out of their parents control. Have you seen any other video of maher on vaccines? There are definitely some things I disagree with Maher about (mainly his dikkriding of Israel and some of his anti-science stuff) but he's definitely right on this.
