I think it would have been closer than 20, but more than likely Cleveland pulls it off. The refs overshadowed all that though by being so obvious about it. Is the money the league makes for one extra game really worth all the bad publicity they are about to take over the next few days

We'll never know the domino affect. Getting in foul trouble early causes players to not be as physical trying to avoid another foul which then helps the Cavs move more freely on offense and get shots with better rhythm.
