Nah Nash cannot carry your team single handedly and Iverson although not a great defender routinely guarded larger players. People are beginning to overate Nash smh. It also didn't take Iverson over half a decade to get use to NBA speed lol.

when did Iverson ever carry a team single handedly

Iverson didn't carry Philly singlehandedly. That magical season he had the Defensive Player of the year, the 6th man of the year and coach of the year. Theo Ratliff was beasting until he got injured, Then they traded for Mutombo another defensive force. Tyrone Hill, George Lynch, Eric Snow, AAron McKie were great complementary players for that team. Iverson missed 96 shots in 5 games in the finals.

:dwillhuh: it was years where no one else on the team could consistently score more than 10-12 points including the year they made the finals.

Iverson was better than both. Iverson's sixers even beat Allen's Bucks :dead:

Nash is like that one glimmer of hope to these white guys who loved Bird 30 years ago and wanted to see it return to the old days lol

Now they just hop on white Euro dikks like Doncic lol

Iverson shot 34% in that series against the Bucks while Allen shot 47%/50% and you think AI was the sole reason Philly won. :dead:

nikkas gonna overrate that 2001 season until the end of time for Iverson

Dude shot below 39% in the playoffs that year and dudes swear he ran through the East like Kawhi did last season. :mjlol:

It took awhile for Nash to become Nash. Then you have to factor Dantoni, he was a big part of Nash success. He was a good player in Dallas but he really became what he was in PHX. Those Suns teams had a lot of talent, more talent than AI ever had. Not taking anything away from Nash but he really don't deserve those MVP awards :ld:

Ray Allen was nice but he was not on Iverson's level. Bucks had a better roster than Philly but they still lost. He's just wasn't the impact player that AI was.
:hubie:

Or that Philly roster was tailor made to deal with AI shooting 5-27 every other game and survived him shooting 34% in that series. :ld:

How are they on the same level? What black man can average 7pts and 4 dimes a game for 4 seasons and then become good at 27 in his 6th year and be considered at the same level as guy who put up 23/7 and dominated at 21 rookie season? AI was an elite player for several coaches/systems and Nash was only elite with MDAs system. Just cuz he was an all star in Dallas after 4 tries doesn’t mean he was elite he was just a good player who was great later in his career.

Sounds like Kawhi. Didn't average 20 til his fifth season. :jbhmm:

Marcus Camby as rookie made an immediate impact and also filled the center position if they take Nash they get no better and they probably get the #1 pick where they without Marcus Camby take Mike Olowokandi and without Vince Carter or an AI type figure they either fold or leave Toronto

This is one of the most ridiculous posts in here. Marcus fukking Camby made an immediate impact on Toronto? :dead:

They won 16 fukking games his second season and traded him to the Knicks a day after that draft with Vince Carter.

I'm talking about offense I am well aware they had good players lol. Not as if he had a choice who else was gonna score lol.

I dont rate Russillo's opinion on the NBA,he contradicts himself over and over...He argues against players that he argues for in other players that he likes. He did it in tjhat clip when he started talking about Melo.He doesnt hold it against Melo he didnt beat teams better than him,he has absolutely held that against other elite players and called it choking.

Russillo is one of the guys who turned me off NBA analysm years ago...Too much hot take and agenda driven BS.

Iverson shot 34% that series and the refs were fukking the Bucks over.

where would dikembe ,larry and mckey rank if they were nash teammates
Why is Dikembe in that list like he wasn't DPOY 3 times, 3 time All-NBA team, and 6 time all-star before going to Philly?

Y’all really pick and choose when being in a weak East matters for y’all. Or when playoff performances stop mattering.

I saw Nash give teams buckets in the playoffs, take games over, and pick apart offenses. You couldn’t really take anything away from him.
