If he put everything into a trust, all of it (and it's earned capital gains) will be unaccessible to her. Doesn't even need a prenup.


Caveat is that he stops doing active playing or commentating before the wedding day. Because active earnings after that point would be considered marital income .

This is my thinking. He must have a very expensive Tax Attorney to check all the loopholes a Divorce Attorney or Forensic Accountant can poke holes in

Its very favorable to men. Men usually get full custody of the children too if they want it

They have properties all over the world though so who knows which country the marriage will be officiated through
