Damn , how did I miss this series

This shyt was good enough to sit beside the marvel movies coming out today. Hell they could literally pick up where the last one left off and throw blade into all the other marvel cross up movies out now and it wouldn't skip a beat. The first movie even said he ages normal like humans instead of staying the same age like vampires.

All the "vampires in plain site" but trying to stay hidden from humans could easily slide into everything else. Hell they could be in S.H.I.E.L.D. making sure their exact location up till now isn't known about.






As a "black movie"(Wesley snipes production company "Amen-Ra Films" was one of the 3 primary production companies on all 3 films ...sorta like will smiths overbrook entertainment that co-produces his movies) it also works great(surprised sanna lathen was in it)...

They should bring her back(shes blades mother) for a long story arc ​

I can't think of many other "black movies" with the same feel.

Blade was made for Wesley Snipes. Top 5 movies series for me, even Blade 3 even though i fukkin hated the nightstalker or whatever the fukk they were called. Jessica Alba and that other dikkhead ruined every scene they were in

I've seen people say that. Maybe it's an expectation thing but they didn't seem out of place to me
What I mean by that is that every movie he teamed up with someone else.

• 1st movie he teamed up with nurse and westler
• 2nd movie he teamed up with other vampires
• 3rd movie he teamed up with nightstalkers

Binge watching them all, it seemed like a formula they were following so I thought nothing of it.
Also Ryan Reynolds was playing his character like he eventually would in Deadpool, so that was kinda funny in retrospect. Sorta like watching a deadpool sequel/prequel.
(obviously that "charm" wouldn't be there back when it was released)
