Just finished this. 9/10 for me. Probably one of the best Netflix original movies. The cast/acting/story were all great. Could do without MGK though

It's wild to me how Lovecraft gets bitten so much people don't even know when they're doing it any more.

I read an interview with Josh Malerman, the author of the novel this movie is based on and he said he's not even a big Lovecraft fan.

He said his introduction to Lovecraftian horror was Stephen King's short story "The Mist".
