Way I see it is Wayne doesn't have the bread to put up for the lawyers to take the shyt all the way through, if his claims have merit then Beatrice is breaching his contact and then some... shyt would be a slam dunk for a firm because a) terms of the contract weren't met and Birdman did not act in good faith and b) the billable hours needed to sort through this nightmare would be on a grand scale..not to mention if they work something out with Wayne to take a larger slice off the settlement for their work. Wayne is just in limbo right now hoping someone comes and saves the day but that isn't gonna happen

So if you go through this site their is actually a thread that has a pdf of Wayne's entire lawsuit against Cash Money...

In a nutshell...Wayne has a GREAT deal on paper...Cash Money is just not honoring anything in the contract...why Wayne and his lawyers can't get something done is anybodies guess...

Well...one of the reasons is that according to that pdf Cash Money owns all of young money's songs...in the contract i believe it was stated that ownership would be split but when wayne lawyers started looking into it cash money name is on everything and young money name is on nothing...
