Just wanna slap myself for being a bitter ass hip-hop snob/hipster back in the day. I used to criticize what everybody was listening to, and if it wasn't some underground/conscious rap, then it wasn't "real hip-hop," it was "mainstream" or "trash." As i've grown older (24...lol) i've realized that everybody gonna have their own taste, and i actually don't even enjoy most of that crap i used to. Probably only listened to it to be "cool" anyways. Nowadays i find myself listening to more shyt like Future/French/2Chainz/Trinidad...because you can just let loose and have fun. Not to say i still don't listen to cats like Mos/Talib/Lupe, but i've grown to appreciate all types of shyt. These artists making different types of music for different settings and moods. Just respect it and move on if you don't like it. No need to hate and troll people IRL or online because you disagree. Can't believe i used to act like my opinions and tastes were more important and superior to everybody elses. It was pointless. Don't be that a$$hole.
