check your history in the process of US extracting resources from other countries and propping up puppet regimes they also push their own literary and media devices to that country, Black Americans just happen to be on the forefront of American media, american entertainment is black entertainment in. a nutshell. You need to question how these ppl get access to these things and who pushes it to them, because before the rise the internet is was actually tough to get media from across other countries and make it intercontinental/global

lets look at basic economics for a minute, when a new industry is made someone has to push said product for people to see it then also market it, regardless of what it is. This how you create a clientele/customer base/fan base. Ask yourself what entity it was that did all that groundwork for it to make it happen.
