T. Greg Doucette is a criminal defense lawyer in North Carolina who also writes a legal blog. And he’s got some things to say:


When an e-mail file is imported into law, it uses GMT time. When you tiff, the file is opened in outlook and uses the system time rather than the GMT time. Which can give you different times depending on if the times match up or not.

For the e-docs… law gives you the time to the second. But the tiff rounds it up to the minute. This will give you a difference in time of a minute.pla

i think i made a thread on this when i first signed up

its a memo to go after black teens…alot of these police brutality cases is against teenagers not even grown ass men

they assume alot of these kids aint got no family, no support, and no money

Wow this was tough to read. I'm happy he was able to get his client out; but that young man should file a civil suit against the officer.

Same shyt happened to me in 2009. Got pulled over at a check point(I stopped, and the fakkit officer motioned me to come closer and when I did he stepped back as if he was bracing for potential contact and told me to pull over. )

c00n cop issues me a reckless driving ticket.

I hit up a black jurisperutis from Cali. (Some may know him as Djehuty Ma At Ra).

Got some documents and applied some shyt to my state code(NJ). Submitted it to the court, got a case going and pretty much beat it.

The first appearance the judge was FURIOUS! Yo, this nikka was legit upset I knew some of the shyt I had on the paper.

Officer comes to the court on the next arraignment and starts backpedalling and being apologetic.

Wants it dismissed.

Prosecutor asked if I was a law student seeing as how some blank dude wit dreads got some lengthy court papers representing himself. Next time I came to court judge dismissed it. :youngsabo:

bytch ass first judge wasn't there. Fukking hate that bytch.

They act real different when they come across brehs who are legally astute.
