Wrong. He gave lower manhattan that work and messed up thanos's clothes.
After Bolt was done screaming like a bytch Thanos just drove his head into the ground a couple times and then he went on to handle other matters.

If it could be chanelled precisely to a direct target then YES it would be the most bad ass shyt, but its just a wave of ''overkill super repercussion'' type powers, can only be used properly if not on earth and just facing an enemy with no civilians around...
e.g when Hulk came to the moon after WWH era and BB still got that WERKKKK (even though hulk was on some other shyt during that arc, bodied pretty much EVERY fukkING PERSON)

I always liked black bolt but I do think they need to do something with his inability to talk with the lnhumans getting a big push .... A bunch of thought bubbles or something . It's kind of
