Serious power upgrade? Magneto is the most feared mutant in history and Blackbolt hasnt had the kind of fights Magneto has had. Not to mention Magneto is much, much more brilliant than anyone in the Inhumans camp. He would shut his powers down and capture him just kick ofc tge fight. And Magneto isnt going anywhere no matter how obsessed Marvel is with the Inhumans.
