Its basically the animosity the Black community had for Black cops in Boston. Funniest part is the 34:50 mark. Little girl did a "Joe Clark"on the cops

I never heard a Black person with a Boston accent before. None of the Black celebs I know have that accent like these Black cops.

Usually black cops and firemen adopt the local white working class accent to be "one of the boys"

Just like in chicago you occasionally see older black cops and firemen that damn near sounded like one of "da superfans" off SNL lol.
