Republicans are in power because they successfully painted the picture that Democrats were becoming too radical with progressive ideas: with their support of transgenders, use of pronouns, wanting open borders, illegals getting benefits in Chicago and New York that regular citizens were not getting, images of college campuses being destroyed and people harassed because of Gaza. Ads during primitive NFL games in which Harris is shown as supporting transgender operations for prisoners (something she denied saying the debate), Biden tweeting that transgender rights is the civil right issue of this era. shyt like that is a turn-off to the average everyday citizen.


How about Bernie didn't have the political saviness to win over voters. Trump certainly was not the first choice of the Republican party when he first announced running for president. Then why didn't Bernie beat Hillary? Trump beat Rubio, Cruz Jeb Bush (who was supposed to have next) without the help of the Republican establishment. When Trump got the nomination, Republicans locked in behind their nominee and supported him no matter what. Bernie Bros cried ahd said they weren't voting, voting for Jill Stein, or voting for Trump to spite Hillary. Hell, in 2008, it was Hillary's turn, but Obama came through with charisma and poise and snatched that nomination from Hillary.

Dont know if you know, transgenders, citizen status for illegals, are seen as progressive issues too. Harris did have increased taxes for the rich on her platform, increased wages, and Medicaid expansion, but those policies got drowned out for her refusal to disavow trannys in women sports and address the immigration problem. I've not seen or heard any voters on the internet or real life say they refused to vote Democrat because they dont want to tax the rich or won't support universal healthcare, nor have I seen any polls indicating as such. You know what I have seen and heard if plenty? Democrats support of transgenders, open borders, and refusal to stop support of Israel due to Gaza (anger from the Muslim community).

Want a progressive to be president? Find one with charisma who can sell the American people on his policies. Dont expect an automatic handout/backing from the establishment. If Obama and Trump can do it, that shows it can be done.
